About This Activity

Use these stickers to decorate a card for mamá! Making a gift for someone you love is a great way to set positive goals while practicing empathy.

Materials: Printed activity sheets; crayons or colored pencils, scissors, blank paper for your card, glue stick
Instructions

1. Print out activity sheet.
2. Color in each sticker, use your mommy’s favorite colors if you want.
3. Cut out your stickers and decorate a card for mamá by glueing them on however you like.
4. Try your superpower! Write a note to Mommy in Spanish using words to tell her how much you love her.

Materials: Printed activity sheets; pencils; crayons or colored pencils
Instructions

1. Print out activity sheet.
2. Identify the numbers in this picture and color in each section with its corresponding color shown in the key at the top of the activity sheet.
3. Try your superpower! Keep practicing numbers by counting how many different objects you can find in your home that have numbers (clocks, scales, maps).

Instructions

1. Print out activity sheet.
2. Name and identify your emotions in English and Spanish by creating an emotions wheel.
3. Try your superpower! Retell a time when you felt happy, sad, anxious, sleepy and hungry, draw a face for each emotion you learn.

Note to Grown-Ups

Asking children to name their emotions is an important first step to regulating their emotions.
