Canticos offers monthly and annual subscription options. There’s no commitment. Cancel anytime, no fees. Check out the product page on the app store to find both the up-to-date monthly and annual subscription cost.

iOS:

  • When you confirm your purchase, payment will be charged through your iTunes account.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Don’t want to auto-renew? Manage your account and renewal settings in your user Account Settings.
  • Cancel your subscription anytime through the Parents section > Account tab, without penalty.
  1. Go into your Settings > Your Name > iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap ‘View Apple ID’
  3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ > Canticos App
  4. Turn off ‘Auto-Renewal’

Follow the instructions below to make any changes or to manage your subscription:

iOS:

  1. Go into your Settings > Your Name > iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap ‘View Apple ID’
  3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ > Canticos
  4. Turn off ‘Auto-Renewal’

If you’ve got a free Canticos account, it’s as simple as signing in to your account on your second (or third!) device. All your purchases, subscription details and information will be transferred over automatically.

Don’t have a Canticos account yet? Signing up is an easy way to access your subscription on all your devices. Here’s how to sign up:

  1. Download Canticos from your app store of choice
  2. Head to the Parents section, found in the upper left corner
  3. Go to the Account tab
  4. Click on ‘Create Account’

If you are subscribed and are seeing locked games, please email us at help@canticosworld.com so we can help.

If you are not subscribed, you’re likely still using the free version of Canticos or your free trial has expired. Subscribers get unlimited access to all our content so sign up to our annual subscription to get maximum benefits.

If your sound isn’t working, please try the below options before contacting us:

  • 1. Make sure that your sound side switch is turned on. It seems simple but many times we forget to do turn it on as some apps play sound whether this is on or off.
  • 2. Open Control Center and make sure the volume on your iPhone or iPad is turned up.
  • 3. Turn up the volume from within the app as it is possible that the system volume is turned up but the app itself needs the volume turned up.
